Man, I must have started a brand new blog-site three separate times now . Unfortunately, that means that there is a lot of work that’s not posted from our earlier days. We have been in business since 2006 so it was really tough cutting down this slideshow down to only about a hundred something images. I’m just happy to have finally finished it.

You can now check out our blog on your iPhone or other mobile device from wherever you are. Yeah you could do it before but man it was slow! Now you have a real quick way to access our blog and get all our posts within seconds. It looks a whole lot different so be sure to check it out and let us know what you think.
Now all we have to do is start adding some new content to the blog again… Sorry for the delay. We have been really busy the past few months so blogging had to take a back seat for a bit. We did a lot of amazing shoots and I would love to get some up to show you all very soon.
Becky and I never imagined that this contest would have had so many participants voting. As you can tell it took us some time to tally up all the numbers. I really want to thank everyone for voting.
We finished tallying things up and have a winner for our 2009 Best in Show contest.
Keith and Lindsay had the most votes and the bride and groom now have an 11×14″ fine art canvas gallery wrap coming their way of the winning image.
We have been photographing these two for quite a while now and every time has just been so much fun. As we all know, the weather here in Buffalo has been less than stellar so an outdoors shoot was out of the question. It was really nice to change things up and do some high key portraits in the studio.
There is a funny story with that last image. Kailey came out dressed like a little rock star and I said something like “When did Hannah Montana get here?” She just ate that up and got all excited so she was all smiles for the rest of the session. With that, I decided to take a little bit of extra time and make a poster for her. Think she’ll like it?
Now I am a geek at heart. I absolutely love my gadgets and technology in general. My wife will even vouch for me since I always try to sneak a cool new gadget in her Christmas and Birthday presents whenever I can.
Now, don’t get me wrong, the film photographer in me still loves tangible products like fine art proofs, canvas gallery wraps, coffee table books and wedding albums. However, these aren’t always “ideal” for carting around and showing off. An iPad on the other hand weighs in at under 2 lbs. and is the perfect tool to show off your wedding photographs. It’s small, chic and rugged and is the perfect portable solution to showcasing the images from your beautiful day. That is why all Wedding 2.0 Packages will include an album and other tangible items along with an iPad… or two ;)
